George Deffenbaugh Adena Mound in Hocking County, Ohio: Ohio's Greatest

One of the most iconic burial mounds in Ohio is located in Laurelville, Hocking County. 

Ohio's most magnificent mound and earthwork sites has had a lot of damage done from the Ohio Historical Society at the Ohio Historical Society.  The map is wrong, there is actually four gateways that correspond to the cardinal points.
