Indiana Ancient Burials Mounds and Earthworks Map
I physically investigated about 400 burial mound and earthwork sites in Indiana. I was able to find and photograph eighty-five burial mounds and earthworks. Only four of them are recognized as historic sites. Most of these would date from 800 B.C. - 200 A.D.
