Hopewell Pottery Confirms Licking's Alligator Mound Confirmed to be a Salamander

What has been traditionally called the Alligator Mound can now be correctly referred to as the Salamander mound. It's solar orientation is aligned to the May 1st sunrise, which would be the time when salamders emerged.
