Ancient Sacred Stone Bowls at Yellow Springs and Adams Counties in Ohio, and Wabash, Indiana

On a recent trip to Yellow Springs, Ohio photographed this rock with a bowl carved into the top. This is the fourth such bowl that I have photographed associated with the mound builders. This is different in that there were no springs close to or feeding into the bowl. This bowl that is fed by a spring was photographed on Brush Creek that leads to the Serpent Mound in Adams County, Ohio

This bowl is also fed by a spring in Wabash County, Indiana on the Mississinewa River.
