Fairmount Burial Mound

On the grounds of the Fairmount Presbyterian Church, it is one of the few maintained mounds in Ohio because the Ohio Historical Society is not responsible for it. It is called by archaeologists the Fairmount Burial Mound.  More large burial mounds are found a few miles south of this site in Perry County, Ohio.
